Cancellation Policy
Deposit policy: A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be made before your appointment. The fee will be based on the type of appointment booked. If this fee is not paid your appointment time your spot is not secured and may be taken by another client. Your deposit will go towards the remaining cost at checkout! Deposits are only required for your initial appointment and must be made through my booking site. The only other time a deposit will be required is if you fail to comply with the cancellation and/or no-show policy. All deposits and payments are processed exclusively through my booking website.
no-show policy: No-shows will be charged 50% of the service price. Missed appointments take away from both my business and my personal time with my son and family. That time could have been given to another client. Please communicate with me in advance if you can't make your appointment. I’m very understanding, and we can work together to reschedule and avoid any fees when given proper notice. After your third no-show, you will be banned from booking future appointments through my site.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in a 30% charge of your service price. I completely understand that life happens, and I’m happy to work with you to adjust your appointment. Please reach out to me—I’m very understanding and will do my best to help you rebook and avoid any fees when possible. If your cancellation or reschedule request is made before the 24-hour window, your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment. After a second cancellation, a new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
Late Policy: If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Keep in mind that tardiness cuts into your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and it will be considered a cancellation—resulting in a 30% charge of the service price.
Lash Extensions Policy: Fills require at least 40% of your lash extensions to be intact at the time of your appointment. If you arrive with less than 40%—or no lashes at all—you will be charged for a full set. Additionally, please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes. If you come in wearing eye makeup, a removal fee will be added, as it takes extra time to properly clean your lashes to ensure a safe and high-quality application.
Extra Guest Policy: Please communicate with me ahead of time if you need to bring someone with you to your appointment. As a stay-at-home mom working from home, I sometimes have my baby with me during certain appointments. Whether a guest can be accommodated will depend on the situation, the type of service being provided, and the overall environment. While I don’t mind being helpful with children when possible, please remember that I am here to provide a professional service—not to babysit. If a guest is allowed, they must remain respectful and not be disruptive to the appointment. If disruptions occur, I will no longer be able to allow guests at your future appointments.
